These Terms and Conditions ('Agreement') govern your use of our website and the services provided by PrintCare On-Site ('Company,' 'we,' 'us,' or 'our'). By requesting our services, accessing our website, or entering into a service agreement with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
Services
PrintCare On-Site provides on-site printer repair, preventive maintenance, fleet management, parts supply, and related services for enterprise and office clients throughout the United States. All services are subject to technician availability and the specific scope agreed upon in your service request or written service contract. We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion.
Appointments and Scheduling
Service appointments are confirmed subject to technician availability in your area. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to arrive within the agreed response window. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, technician illness, or emergencies, and will provide reasonable advance notice when possible.
Payment Terms
Payment for standard service calls is due upon completion of the visit unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and check. Service contract invoices are issued per the billing schedule in your agreement. Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum), or the maximum rate permitted by applicable state law, whichever is lower.
Warranty on Repairs
Labor performed by our technicians is warranted for 30 days from the date of service. OEM parts installed by our technicians carry the manufacturer's warranty. Third-party or compatible parts carry a 90-day warranty against defects. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, power surges, unauthorized modifications, or pre-existing conditions unrelated to the repair performed.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PRINTCARE ON-SITE'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and service descriptions — is the property of PrintCare On-Site and is protected by US copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in English in the state where services were rendered. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which services are rendered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of competent jurisdiction.
